About UsThe Association is a non-profit corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and shall be operated so as to be tax exempt under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or corresponding future provisions of the Code. The association is constituted for the purpose of providing means of exchanging knowledge and ideas among those individuals actively engaged in water works and water supply in Rhode Island, and represent the Rhode Island water supply industry to the public.
